 We will clean any type of exterior or interior surface that has a removable surface of dirt, grime, oxidation or any other kind of airborne contaminant. Surfaces we clean include vinyl, aluminum, stucco, wood, steel, iron, glass and any type of painted surface, both inside and outside.

Residential & Commercial Building Cleaning   

 Power Clean can clean your building's aluminum, vinyl, stucco, drive-it, brick, stone, wood, painted surfaces, siding and exterior surfaces. 

 The soaps and detergents we use are 100% bio-degradable which means that they will not damage your plants, flowers, gardens or landscaping.

 We don't climb on people's houses or put ladders up against them in most cases.  We do all our washing from the ground which is good for us, your house and your stress level.  No one gets hurt and your house is not damaged!

 Our prices for residential buildings start at as little as $150 a visit and rarely exceed $500 a visit.      *You may need to have your windows washed after we have completed our work.

 We provide references upon request and do not require our customers to sign a contract.  Payment for our services is upon immediate completion of the work performed.  We accept cash and personal checks.  We do not accept credit cards.   We make is easy for our customers to deal with us and offer reasonable customer guaranteed satisfaction meaning we will come back at our expense if we missed something.

 Power Clean uses the same techniques for cleaning commercial buildings that it does for cleaning houses.  We spray on our chemicals, let them dwell on the cleaning surface and then we spray off our chemicals with high pressure hot water.  Building cleaning may require more setup time and safety precautions to protect the customer's property, our employees and the general public.

 Questions that need to be answered for a customer proposal are as follows:

• How many square feet is your building (length x width x height)?
• How many windows and doors does it have?
• How big is each window or door?
• What is your building made of (example; brick, steel, aluminum)?
• How many stories high is your building?
• Do you have landscaping, trees, plants or flowers around your building?  If so, how close are they?
• What is your water source?

 Another important area of pressure washing cleaning for homeowners is their decks, patios, sidewalks, outside furniture and children's jungle gyms and toys.  Along with these things, flagstone, brick, limestone, granite and pools will clean up nicely.
